Question 1

Is Kyrent VPN really free?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every protocol, the kill switch, DNS leak protection, and 2 of our 5 server locations are free, no card required, for as long as you want. The free plan is supported by ads. Pro removes them, unlocks all 5 locations and up to 5 devices, and adds network-level ad and tracker blocking.

Question 2

Do I need to create an account?

Accepted Answer

No. Install the app and tap Connect. An anonymous device identity is created automatically. Linking a Google account or phone number is optional and only exists to sync your plan across more than one device.

Question 3

Which platforms do you support?

Accepted Answer

Both are coming soon. Android is built and working, waiting on its Google Play listing to go live; iOS is on the way too, waiting on App Store activation.

Question 4

How do I cancel or get a refund?

Accepted Answer

Pro is billed through Google Play or, once iOS launches, the App Store. Cancel from that store's Subscriptions screen and you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds follow that store's own refund policy and are requested from the store, not from us, because the store holds the payment. If you are stuck, email hello@plenox.ai and we will point you to the right place.

Question 5

What data do you actually log?

Accepted Answer

Not the websites you visit, the apps you use, or the content of your traffic. We keep basic connection diagnostics for each attempt (which protocol was used, which server, and whether it connected) so we can route you to a working server and spot outages. Your account holds your email, name, and subscription status. The full list is in the Privacy Policy.

Question 6

How do I delete my account and data?

Accepted Answer

Email hello@plenox.ai from the address on your account with "Delete my account" in the subject line. We confirm it is you, delete the account and revoke its VPN credentials, and reply once it is done, within 5 business days. The Delete Account page lists exactly what is removed and what a store keeps for its own records.
